Human Rights Council

The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) is the primary intergovernmental body tasked with promoting and protecting human rights globally. It addresses situations of human rights violations and makes recommendations to improve human rights conditions in UN member states. Through resolutions and investigations, the UNHRC aims to hold countries accountable for upholding fundamental human rights for all.

Serving as the leading international authority for global health, the World Health Organisation (WHO) was established by the United Nations in 1948. Its core mission is to ensure all people attain the highest possible level of health. This involves directing global health efforts, setting norms and standards for health interventions, and providing technical support to countries in preventing and managing diseases.

DISEC

Disarmament and International

Security Committee

The First Committee of the United Nations General Assembly, also known as the Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC), serves as the primary forum for discussing and addressing global disarmament challenges and threats to international peace and security. It fosters international cooperation in disarmament efforts and aims to establish general principles for regulating armaments and promoting peaceful solutions to conflict.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) serves as a regional bloc established to promote economic, social, and cultural cooperation among its member states.
